Utility Construction On Yale In River Oaks

Raytech Construction is installing a new water line on Yale under Priority III of the Water System Improvements funded by TWDB. Please watch for flagman in these zones that will be diverting traffic to a one lane bypass around the construction zones. See the enclosed traffic plan by phases for more detail.
